….Si vous n’êtes pas entièrement satisfait.e.s de votre commande, les produits pourront être échangés dans un délai de 14 jours suivant leur réception. Il me fera plaisir de vous offrir un échange ou un crédit à la condition que le bijou n’ait pas été porté et qu’il ait été conservé dans son emballage d’origine. La pièce devra être complètement intacte pour qu’un échange soit accepté. Tout indice pouvant laisser croire que le bijou aurait été porté ou mal entreposé rendra l'échange ou le crédit impossible. Les produits pourront être retournés en personne à l'atelier ou par courrier. Dans le cas d'un échange par la poste, les client.e.s sont responsables des frais postaux de retour et de renvoi. Veuillez noter que les frais de livraison sont non remboursables et que les crédits seront appliqués suivant le montant original de l'article.

Dans le cas où vous recevriez un article défectueux ou ayant été endommagé en cours de livraison, le produit pourra vous être réparé ou échangé à condition que l'article n’ait pas été porté, et soit retourné dans son emballage original. Contactez-moi dès que vous recevez le colis. Nous procéderons au cas par cas en fonction du produit et du dommage.

Contact me as soon as you receive it and notice the defect, and send me a photo of the damaged or defective item. We will proceed on a case-by-case basis according to the product and damage.
